Will my account get banned?
EveryConvo works through Instagram's own messaging connection and follows its rules: it only writes to people who wrote to you first, stops when someone types STOP, and says when an automated assistant is answering. You never give us your password.
Will it sound like a bot?
It sounds like what you write. Every message is in your words, and AI replies come from what you tell it about yourself and your work. You can read along in your inbox and step in whenever you like.
What does the free plan include?
One Instagram account, one person and 25 replies a month written by the AI. Contacts, messages and flows are unlimited, as on every plan.
Do I have to build flows from scratch?
No. Start from an example, such as a price reply or a welcome, and change the wording to sound like you. Adapting an example takes about fifteen minutes.
Which AI answers my messages?
Claude, by Anthropic. It answers only from what you write in your knowledge base, and when it is not sure it hands the conversation to you instead of guessing.
Does it answer in Dutch?
Yes. A flow sends exactly what you write, in whatever language you write it, and the AI answers in the language the customer writes in. The app itself is in English, and so is the short note that an assistant is reading along, until you write that note in your own words.
What do I need to start?
An Instagram business or creator account; switching a personal one takes a minute in the Instagram app and changes nothing else. Until Meta has approved EveryConvo, also a place on the test list: create your account, then send your Instagram handle to hello@everyconvo.com.
Is it only Instagram?
Yes, for now. One channel, done properly.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Nothing more is charged, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
