Contacts, messages, flows, broadcasts, sequences, trigger words, the knowledge base and the API and webhooks are unlimited on every plan, and nothing is charged per contact. Every account starts on Free, and you move to a paid plan in the app when you need more.
AI replies are counted because each one costs us money; recognising what someone means counts as one too, and the app shows how much of the month is left. When they run out, AI steps take the path you set for when the AI cannot answer until the month turns, and everything else carries on.
Cancel any month: nothing more is charged, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Not sure which one you need?
