Status
Is everything running?
This page asks the product itself, in your browser, every time you open it. There is nothing stored here and nothing written down in advance, so it cannot tell you a service is fine after it has stopped being fine.
Asking the API now.
What these three mean
The app and the API is what you use and what your own code calls. If it is down, the dashboard will not load.
The database holds your contacts, flows and conversations. The API answers this question only after it has actually reached it, so a green here is a real round trip and not a guess.
The worker is the part that runs your flows and sends your messages. It reports in once a minute. If it has been quiet for more than ten minutes we call it down, and the number beside it is how long ago it last spoke.
What this page does not tell you
Whether Instagram is having a bad day. Meta runs that side, and when their API slows down or stops accepting messages, everything here can be green while your replies still do not arrive. Meta publishes its own status, and our own alerting watches for deliveries that stop.
It also says nothing about one workspace in particular. If yours is behaving differently from what this page says, that is worth an email to hello@everyconvo.com.
Checking it yourself
The same answer in JSON, which is what an uptime monitor should watch:
app.everyconvo.com/api/status. It answers
200 when everything above is up and 503 when it is not, and it is
never cached.
