How it works
What happens when someone comments.
Follow one person, Sanne, from a comment under your reel to an answer in her DMs, and then to a chat with you. At every step: what she sees, and what you see.
Free for your first account. No card. Until Instagram has approved us, accounts connect from a test list.
One conversation, from both sides.
An ordinary evening. You posted a reel and asked people to comment LINK. The names and times are an example.
-
Sanne comments LINK.
She does not have to find your bio, tap through a link page, or hope you see her comment tonight.
Sanne sees sanne.moves LINK 🙌jess.trains link pleasemilo.k LINKYou see sanne.movesCommented LINK on your reelAutomatedNothing to do. It is in your inbox, so you can read along.
-
Seconds later, the link is in her DMs.
The first message says, in your words, that an assistant is answering. Instagram asks for that, and it is only fair. Then the link you promised in the reel.
Sanne sees Hi Sanne. Quick note: an assistant answers here for me, and I read along. Here is the 4-week plan from the reel.Open the planYou see sanne.movesHere is the 4-week plan from the reel.AutomatedThe same conversation, word for word. You did not lift a finger.

She asks a question. It is answered from your notes.
You wrote down once what people ask: who the plan is for, what it costs, how long it takes. The assistant answers from that, in the language she writes in, and makes nothing up.
Sanne sees is it ok for beginners?Yes. Week one is three 20-minute sessions, no equipment. Most people start there. You see sanne.movesYes. Week one is three 20-minute sessions, no equipment.AI replyAnswered from what you wrote. It counts as one of the AI replies in your plan.

A question your notes do not cover.
It does not guess. Sanne is told that someone will get back to her, and the conversation waits in your inbox with a clock on it: Instagram gives you 24 hours from her last message.
Sanne sees can I pause it while I’m away in May?Good question. Someone will get back to you here soon. You see sanne.movescan I pause it while I’m away in May?23 hours 51 minutes left to reply

You step in.
Reply from the inbox, or straight from the Instagram app as you always have. Either way the automation steps aside in that conversation for an hour, so it never talks over you. Hand it back sooner and it carries on where it left off.
Sanne sees Hi Sanne, it’s me. Yes, you can pause for up to two weeks. Just message me before you go.perfect, thank youYou see Hand back
Its part, and yours.
It does
- Sends the link to everyone who comments, within seconds
- Answers the questions you have answered a hundred times
- Says that an assistant is answering, in your words
- Goes quiet the moment you write yourself
You do
- Write down, once, what you would say
- Read along whenever you feel like it
- Answer what only you can answer
What it will not do.
Instagram has rules about automated messages. They protect your followers and your account, so they are built in rather than left to a setting.
- Write to strangers.
It only answers people who wrote to you first: a comment, a story reply or a DM. No cold messages, no bought lists.
- Write after 24 hours.
Automated messages only go out within 24 hours of someone’s last message. After that, only a person can answer a real question, for up to seven days.
- Ignore STOP.
Anybody who writes STOP is left alone from then on, even if they write again later.
- Pretend to be you.
The first automated message in a conversation says an assistant is answering. You choose the wording.
Answer everyone.
Starting tonight.
Create a free account tonight and send us your Instagram handle. Once it is on the test list, connecting takes a minute; then pick an example flow and change the wording.
Free to start. No card, no call.
